We are a husband and wife owned fitness studio located just east of Center Rd on Court St. Since opening in 2013, we have expanded to a lifestyle company and offer branded apparel and merchandise.

Functional Strength Training
Functional Strength Training is a type of resistance training involving exercises that mimic the movements we do each day to help you get stronger.
Resistance can be created using different types of equipment. We typically start with bodyweight, and then move along to resistance bands, kettlebells and dumbbells.
The concept of functional training is to help you train the muscles you use every day, making you stronger and helping you move around longer and get up the stairs faster.
Over time, as you progress, the exercises/movements will change and resistance will increase accordingly. Because of this, we are able to work with beginners as well as advanced clients who are looking to shake things up in their usual routine.

If you’re too far from our studio or you would rather workout at home, online training is the solution for you!
This is also a great choice if you prefer a traditional gym but don't quite know what to do to achieve your goals. Online training takes the guesswork out of exercising and insures your time at the gym is effective.
With our online training app you essentially have a Personal Trainer in the palm of your hand. You can view your workouts, nutrition plan, chat directly with your Trainer or ask questions all while at the gym (or home) of your choice. Sync devices like your Apple Watch or FitBit, compatible weight scales, etc to make tracking smoother. You can also track your eating within your profile or sync apps like MyFitness Pal if you're already using a tracker.
Online Training is where flexibility meets accountability for you. It's perfect for people who have hectic schedules, travel frequently or prefer to workout outside of traditional training hours.
Wherever you are, we will be there also.

The truth is, you don’t have to be motivated to begin your fitness journey, you only need to want change more than you want to stay in your current condition. This is a simple process, not always easy, but simple. If you show up consistently and focus on eating better consistently you will have what you want. Don’t quit and stay focused!

Each day you will be welcomed into a positive and encouraging atmosphere. And as you could probably assume, some days you will start running out of steam during a workout and you'll find that those around you will give you the push you need to keep going!
This is a great accountability benefit! Some days you will need encouragement, but other days your peers will look to you for it as well and it feels good knowing someone kept going because you did!
Showing up is half the battle. So, if you show up and do the work, your body will respond. If you eat like you're supposed to for your goals, your body will respond accordingly.
The biggest part of what we offer is an opportunity to change the way you think and the way you see life and its challenges. If you can change your mind, you can change your body. These things take commitment. It takes showing up for yourself on the days you really don't feel like it. But if you can change your body, (because you've already began to change your mindset) you can change your life.
