Do you deliver overseas?


We ship internationally. All shipping is calculated based off your lcoation. If you have special circumstances for delivery please contact us prior to placing your order.




How long does shipping take?


Currently we ship in-house and we utilize the Unites States Parcel Service (USPS) to deliver our packages. Standard delivery on our orders is Priority Mail and takes 1-3 business days once a shipment is received by the post office. Most of our shipments start from the post office in Burton, MI. In the event of same-day shipping after 4pm orders ship out from the main post office in Flint, MI.




Do you offer free shipping?


Why yes, actually, we do! On orders over $100 shipping is free and should be automatically calculated in the cart. If for some strange reason it isn't please contact us and we will get it corrected for you!




Do you offer same-day shipping?


Please be aware that printing a shipping label, and an item actually shipping are two different things. When an order begins processing, a shipping label, along with the packing slip (which contains the order details) is printed. This reserves a tracking number for your shipment and begins the process on our end with USPS. Once the package is received by USPS the actual shipping process starts and the tracking number will begin to update. At this point, it's out of our hands and on its way to yours! There will be times an order will ship same day, some even within the same hour. However, it's not guranteed. If an order is placed after 4 p.m. there is a chance it can't be packaged delivered to the post office in time. However, if same day shipping is purchased upon placing an order (+$3) we should be able to get it to the post office before 7 p.m. The only reason we charge the $3 is because that post office is about 15-20 minutes from us, so it's a small fee to combat the distance we'll drive to ship it. If you place an order for custom items, shipping will not happen right away. We normally handle our custom orders on a case by case basis and will let you know about how long it'll take us to receive the item(s) prior to purchase. In any event, you will typically be notified by email if your shipment is delayed for any reason and we offer resolutions on a case by case basis as well. If you would like a rush order, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure delivery by the necessary date is doable.
